Renee was walking around Hogsmede. She had her hands stuffed in her Hollister zip-up hoodie. It wasn't cold, but it was a bit brisk. Her black UGG boots thumped on the ground beneath her. She had tucked her dark jeans into her boots. Her hair was in french braids, pulled to the front. Some pieces of blond hair were hanging out in the front. She hadn't bothered taking a purse with her. Money was in her back pocket. She had been out all day. She needed some time to herself, some time to think. Sometimes she had to get away from the hecticness of the castle and get some fresh, clean air. She found herself by Madam Puddifoots. She decided to drop in to get a drink or something. She didn't want to go all the way back to the Three Broomsticks
As she walked in, she noticed all the happy couples. They were holding hands, walking while they looked into each others eyes. Sometimes a girls head would be on a guys shoulder, or someone would be kissing. She could tell that all the guys thought they were the luckiest guy in the world. They stared at their girls, who were too busy looking around with the most lovesick expression. She rolled her eyes at all of them. It wasn't that she didn't want love, it was just she could never find it. Maybe she wasn't looking in the right places. She had never really given love a chance. Love had never really given her a chance either.
She found a seat at a table by herself, kind of in the corner. She didn't have anyone to be here with. She looked around at the happy couples once more. If she really did find love, would she notice it. Would she even want it??
