She could feel the path going downwards and was a little more hesitant with steps. "Yes but ze American accent is much easier to ze ear zan ze French, non?" Her accent was harsh though her voice was soft. Even if he spoke German it had a lovely American lilt to it which was easy on the ear. Nice to listen to.[/blockquote]

“Were going down hill, not far though” Hector added moving closer just in case she was going to trip. “You can say that ja aber, but still frenh accent nice I like it. Better the grunts” Hector added then smiled sure it was hard to tell what he was saying in full German just he was used to it. “But I like the French accent, as the British, and others I liked ones different from my own more” Hector explained more.

Ivi felt him move closer as she continued downhil. "hmm, I suppose it iz better zan grunts. I must say ze Irish accent and ze British accent make me weak at ze knees." Ivi always had to stop and listen when those accents were ringng clear which was one reason she was avoiding entering the castle. "So, what are we to do when we are in 'Ogsmeade, Jamie?" She asked him curiously.[/blockquote]

“I admit on females British accent I like very much. As French Irish good but not my thing” Hector added sure, it was good to like certain accents but still it wasn’t that hard to, like new one. When was asked what they were doing “Schauen Sie herum, i, das nie hier vorher gewesen wird” of course he answered in German. “I mean Look around, i never been here before” Hector added, and then saw the village very full. “We can get a drink, there spouse to be a good pub here, it’s not a date totally non dating thing, I'm not interested in that” Hector added last.

The German words swirled around the air and he eventually came out with the english. She nodded, "Zat sounds like a good idea." His next words stung slightly. Of course it would be no date. Of course she was not expecting one but she always got this. Felicity, her best friend, was the one who got asked to dances and out on dates and Ivi was the one who was written off as pretty but difficult. After all who would ever want a blind girlfriend. "Ze three broomsticks." she said quietly. The name of the pub had been said a lot by the girls who had been asked out. Ivi stopped when the hill ended and she was once again on flat ground. Her head raised as if looking out on the village. To see. How bad would it be to see? Ivi longed to be normal in those moments to take in the beauty of the British village and instead she saw black. The vaccant eye burned with tears but she blinked the back very quickly.[/blockquote]

“It’s not to you blind or not, just I not interested in dating yet, got the whole getting my ground, I shouldn’t have spoken” Hector added to her tone he could tell. “Lassen Sie hören und halten Ihren Mund geschlossen” Hector cursed in germen for a reason, he didn’t want her to understand what he said. “Ah that place, lets go, but I’m sure you find someone don’t worry” Hector added, sure maybe to him but he didn’t want anyone yet. “That pub, and the place is really remarkable” Hector added then he gripped her arm lightly since there was more people and she could get lost.

"It iz of no importance where I stand in my love life." Ivi shot very sharply. This matter was only ever discussed with Felicity. "And for ze record I 'ighly doubt it. I come from a very different world to most." She appreciated things on a different level to most. And then his name popped into her head. Cahrlie Krum. Her admirer but she refused to pursue that due to her assumptions of him being a manwhore. "I bet. I 'ave 'eard a lot about ze place. Lead ze way."[/blockquote]

“Okayo.k.” Hector added it seemed a touchy subject he wasn’t going to push it, much. Plus he really didn’t want the whole situation to get worse if it was going to. “Well, this place is well known here, but still kaum wie interessant, weniger welches I' m gewöhnt gewesen an.” Hector added then would have to repeat himself again. “Hardly as interesting, less what I'm used to.” Hector added in mutter if she was interested in the translation. Walking more his grip relaxed till they were out of the pub, “were here?” Hector only pointed out next.

Hearing him speak about the place not being interesting Ivi shrugged. "I could not tell you ze difference from 'ere to back 'ome in Paree." Everything was just the same to her. An unending eternal blackness. She felt the grip loosen and nodded. "Oh, ok."

“Well don’t worry” Hector added and really was glad she didn’t understand German, because his next mutter was for his self alone “Sein nur ein Problem wenig Ihre Atmung” But still some what it did bug him other times not so much. Taken her arm and he did lead the way up the steps to the pub opening the door, to the pub itself.

She felt him take her arm again as she stumbled up the stairs. Dammit. Now more than ever she longed for her cane so she could handle herself. The door had been opened for she could hear the buzz of chatter from all occupants and the smells of the drink. Combined with that she was hit with the warmth of the place. Hesitantly she walked into muttering to herself about the only one student friendly pub. She had heard of the other one but had heard it was not a place for students to go.

Hector did help her to a seat, sometimes it was strange how he didn't flirt with her already, but soon the smell filled his nostril “Want a drink?” Hector added fallen into a seat opposite, he could smell anything but to him it was too nosy. Everyone was talking he rather silence and this place was hardly with any silence today. But still you wouldn’t take someone else where you wanted to go.
